Vintage brown felt women hat & feathers.
By Boutiques Kates Canada. Size Extra Small.
Medium brown felt, rim is 2 inches wide in front tapering to 1 1/2 inch in back. Adorned with dark brown feathers cluster 6 inches long. We have 20 3/4 inches on inside grosgrain ribbon but could be made slightly bigger since someone has put a foam insert inside ribbon in back to make it smaller.
Overall condition very good.
